I am not only a proud resident of Lake Mary, I am also proud of our wonderful community called The Cove.  The Cove is minutes away from 417, I-4, and shopping at the Seminole Towne Center.  We are a gated community, and the HOA is low at only 45.00 a month paid quarterly.  We have 129 homes in our subdivision, and the neighborhood is filled with a variety of people.  We range from lots of family with children, to empty nesters too.  We have annual events such as garage sales twice a year, the annual 4th of July party, to a jingle and mingle.  Speaking of the jingle and mingle, can you believe we even have a horse and sleigh rides and even hot coffee and cocoa?  Not everyone has heard of this wonderful community, and I thought I would mention this fabulous place to live.
