My buyers were golden.. The appraisal came inover 10K more than the selling price. Everything looked great! Waiting on underwriters to approve the loan. It was approved...YEAH!...... then they rescinded the loan! FHA underwriters came back with a glitch.. the 2004 Mobile Home had been previously moved. Another lesson.. ~Don't
