Neapolitans can enjoy their boating lifestyle from a small neighborhood near the heart of downtown called Aqualane shores. The residents call this the Friendliest Neighborhood in Naples. Most of the community has homes situated on deep water channels which lead to it's eastern boundary of Naples Bay. In actuality I'd much rather take the boat than the car when traveling in Naples except not everything I need is accessible that way. A waterfront Publix Supermarket might change that. A few blocks away is Third Street South with it's fabulous restaurants and shopping. You'll see residents here show up via golf cart, bike and on foot, literally a hop, skip and jump away. Right now there are 25 properties available, 1 is a 2/2 condominium at $589,000, all others are singles starting at $1,950,000 up to $7,999,000.
