They range in asking price from$179,000 for a fourth floor unit with under 1,300 square feet, to a fourth floor, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo in Vista Pointe with 2,245 square feet which lists for $774,000. The 50 condos in low-rise buildings run the gamut from a 1,400 square foot unit on the second floor with a list price of $135,000 all the way up to $861,900, which is the asking price for a new construction unit with almost 2,900 square feet on the top floor plus a two car attached garage.
