Condos for sale in The Vineyards golf community Naples, Florida is a very interesting subject, considering the size of the entire development. With nearly 1,400 acres including two championship quality golf courses, there is going to be a lot of choices for home ownership beyond single family homes and detached villas. There are roughly 40 different communities in The Vineyards, a couple of which consist of mid-rise condos with great views and large lanais. The units in these buildings can be as small as just under 1,300 square feet of living area and go to nearly 2,500 square feet under air. The low-rise neighborhoods offer even more of an option, with units of less than 1,400 square feet of living space on the smaller end while stretching to nearly 3,300 square feet on the other extreme.

The Vineyards golf community is located immediately east of I75, between Pine Ridge Road which provides the main entrance, and Vanderbilt Beach Road to the north. It can be considered a self-contained community with a shopping center as well as a hospital on connecting grounds. to complete the development there is the 32 acre Vineyards Community Center featuring basketball, racquetball and volleyball courts, two baseball fields, horseshoe pits and clubhouse.
Presently there are a total of 61 condos for sale in The Vineyards golf community Naples, Florida, of which 11 are in the mid-rise buildings. They range in asking price from$179,000 for a fourth floor unit with under 1,300 square feet, to a fourth floor, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo in Vista Pointe with 2,245 square feet which lists for $774,000. The 50 condos in low-rise buildings run the gamut from a 1,400 square foot unit on the second floor with a list price of $135,000 all the way up to $861,900, which is the asking price for a new construction unit with almost 2,900 square feet on the top floor plus a two car attached garage.
