Internet leads are not that difficult to get even if you don't pay anything for them but just pracitce basic SEO. Well, you got them, so now what? I am getting hundreds of internet leads on my website per month and just wanted to share how it plays out in real deals. First thing I have categories of internet leads in my Outlook right there and then. 1. Suspects. E-mail, no name - name, undeliverable e-mail- e-mail, funny name etc. Pairs like this. Hello folks, Decided to take a stroll on a section of beach I had not walked before. Started at Laudermilk Park Beach in Naples and headed north to Doctors Pass. Gorgeous day for a walk with a bit of wind, which made the walk quite nice. When I got to the jetty at Doctors Pass there was an old boat heading out into the gulf. Although this boat wa old, it was in excellent condition. Enjoy todays pictures......

I bring it up on my E-mail Marketing, Web Design and even Intro to Computers classes, as well, and even have a “Getting a Google Account” hand out. Naples FL condos are definitely the most vigorous market, however Naples Waterfront homes and condos draw much more attention than just half a year before. Most of the internet leads I am receiving in the last three months were inquiries about Naples waterfront homes, townhomes and condos in the price range from $400,000 to $1,000,000. The inventory of waterfront homes in this price range is not really huge in Naples, however the interest of cash buyers persists and inquiries grow by the day. Most of the leads on the waterfront are coming from US. Europeans are cooler for the water proximity as opposed to the price and really great deal. RISING SALES, DECLINING INVENTORYNaples Area Real Estate Transactions Released So reads the headlines from the January 15, 2010 press release from the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) reporting in the December 2009 results. NABOR reports home sales in all of Collier County excluding Marco Island. The press release reiterates that the favorable market conditions boost sales and continue to decrease inventory. NABOR's Media Relations Director is quoted to say that the inventory decreased nine pecent on the under $300,000 segment and as much as 25 percent in the $300,000 to $500,000 range. Other points in the press release are: Overall condo pending sales increased 69 percent with 4,243 contracts in 2009, compared to 2,505 contracts in 2008. In addition to my GRI and ABR designations, I just recently became a CRS Designee. According to the Council of Residential Specialists website, "the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field". The CRS Designation has been awarded by the  Council of Residential Specialists to real estate agents who meet strict requirements and accomplishments in both experience and education. Read my CRS designation press release :) The latest statistics I am aware of on the total amount of Realtors nationwide is 1.338 million in 2007, of which reportedly, only 4% carried the CRS designation.  Membership nowadays is estimated in the 40,000's. What do you think of when you hear the term "CRS"?

I have been doing a lot of key word research for Naples Florida and the undisputed leader providing good quality leads is Google Local Business feature - over 100 leads who started communication and their home buying projects already. Google Local Business definitely attracts attention of web surfers because of the map feature available and distinctive placing of business information. I am receiving a number of leads of other sources but they are more difficult to work with because most website visitors provide only e-mails but not phone numbers. The second most prolific quality lead generator is YouTube. I have clients walk into our office with a print of my video page on YouTube in their hands. Yes! These are photos of new housing starts...I was out for a pre-closing walk-through this morning and I realized that I'm seeing these images more and more. The top two are Caldecott in Lely Resort, the middle two are Cottesmore in Lely Resort, and the bottom two are VeronaWalk in Naples. New construction in Ole too. The street is so clogged with construction vehicles, you can hardly drive through! I love it!
