My advice to Naples real estate foreclosure buyers and investors these days - don't offer $200K for $250K foreclosure. You are wasting your and my time.  Naples home foreclosures are selling within days with buyers either matching or exceeding original REO asking price. Call it a new bubble or location, location thing, it is definitely happening in Naples. Most of my clients are foreign nationals and West Coast wealthy investors who heard of or visited Naples continuously. Now thy are scooping everything up without regard of making initial low offers.
