I am preparing for an open house later today in Venetian Bay. It is a beautiful place to live in New Smyrna Beach Florida, just south of Daytona Beach. The area markets are still a bit topsy turvy, but that does not diminish the fact that there are some fabulous homes

Question: we are looking for rentals in New Smyrna Beach, Mainland area. We are long time residents of NSB. We are interested in something small to med. in size. can be one br, one br-den or even a two br. We are currently paying $1200.00 per month and wish to find something for between $800-900. We are looking for long term. would not want to move for the next 2 1/2 years. We have very well behaved pets-1 dog (med) old., 3 cats-indoor only. We have never had any problems with any landlords . Our current landlord of three years wants us to stay. Only reason we want to move, is our daughter is going to College this fall and we do not need the extra space and would like to start saving for retirement. If you can help us, please let us know. Thanks so much...Tammy.

Why should you use a Realtor when you are buying from a builder? Many new home buyers are unaware they should have a Realtor on their side when they purchase a new home. Just like with the purchase of a resale home, your Realtor (buyer's agent) will represent you during your transaction.
