Market Report for the Redland area of Miami as of 2/7/07 Here's a few numbers representative of the current real estate market conditions in historic Redland in Miami.  These numbers are for Single Family Homes: Homes for Sale:  89 Range of prices:  $379.5K - $2.8m Homes under contract:  13 Homes Sold in the last 30 days:  3 Inventory available:  29.67 months (or roughly 2.5 years) The inventory number is calculated by dividing the number of homes for sale by the number of homes sold in the last month.  This results in how "many months worth of homes" are presently available.  That means that if every home listed for sale were to actually sell, it would take that many months to sell them.  This is a very good number to keep your eye on.  The higher the number the higher the indication t... 02/06/2007

I'm happy to provide the latest numbers on the real estate market in Redland.  These numbers are for Single Family Homes.  There are no apartment complexes, condos or duplexes in the Redland area. Listed for Sale - 193 homes.  The most expensive is a 4/3 with 20 acre avocado grove listed at $5 million while the least expensive is a 4/2 work in progress listed at $245,000, buyer to take over and complete the construction process. Pending Sale - 27 properties are in contract and on their way to having new owners. Thanks for stopping by.  I am a local REALTOR who loves what she does.  I live and work in the historic Redland area of Miami.  Redland is south of Miami and North of Homestead, but a little further west.  It's an incredible place to live and I'm doubly blessed because I get to work here as well.
