Davis Shores, St. Augustine Florida, is a quiet neighborhood on a point of land at the east side of the Bridge of Lions which is in between the Matanzas River and Salt Run. Walk or bike to the historic district of St. Augustine.  Davis Shores is a much desired home for about 6,000 people.  It is definitely NOT a cookie cutter community, if you are looking for a beautiful and unique home, Davis Shores is the neighborhood to start your search.  There are waterfront homes with docks, and hotels and restaurants along State Road A1A and Anastasia Boulevard.

I am hosting a Broker Open House at a new listing, 411 Arredondo Ave, in the Davis Shores neighborhood of St. Augustine Florida.

It is a fabulous 4Bedroom home that is much larger than it appears from the curb.  The back yard has the most unique pool and fun tree house on about 1/2 acre.  A real gem of a property located so close to historic downtown St. Augustine, Florida.

It will be really important to get our MLS agents to this home to experience the space the home and incredible back yard.

With just one week to go, I'm preparing the flyers and invitations for the event this evening.   I would like to do something different, so often my associates Opens are wine and cheese (easy and somewhat inexpensive).  I was thinking pitchers of margaritas and an island (the home is located on Anastasia Island) theme menu of casual appetizers.  Giving each guest a gift of a some sort.

I am looking for creative, successful ideas that have worked for you or that you have heard about.  Food, give aways, drinks, advertising, etc.  Looking forward to some creative ideas!!!!
