Question: My short sale has been approved but..
In the lettermy lender sent me they mention that this will be reported as Paid as Agreed less Balance Owed.
Is there any negotiation on this? Can I send them a certified letter stating that I will only accept a Paid as Agreed as terms of my short sale or am I out of line?
My time is running out but thank goodness the short sale went through in less then 3 months.

Question: How can I access property values, appraisals or BPO for my property back in 12/07?
I bought the property in 12/06, appraised at $207,000....refi'd in 12/07 and it appraised at $230,000. The are now short selling them for $50,000.
Somehow, I believe this second appraisal, performed at the downturn of the market did have my best interests taken into account.
But I don't know where to look. Thanks.

Question: I have a second home propert in Florida with PMI. I call up the lender, WAMU, to ask who the PMI company was. They told me that all they have in their records is that WAMU is the investor on the note (its a FreddieMac). Shouldn't there be an actual PMI company or is it possible to also be the lender?
Also, in the note addendum for same property, #111 states that "Three day right of recission letter is required".
I never received this at my refin closing. I didn't think this pertained to my loan but as per the docs, it says that this was required.
Please give me some information?...Thanks.

Question: Please Help. Need Advice.
I am currently doing a short sale with PMI. PMI Co. demands that I sign a $25,000 notes in order to close this short sale deal. My question is, is there a way to go around so I don't have to pay this amount? Is the PMI Co willing to negotiate down to $10K or $15K. Otherwise I am thinking just let it foreclose because I don't worry about my fico score anymore or foreclosure. But I do worry about the lender coming after me for the deficiency. I am currently at this point insolvent. Please advice. Thank you.

I have a rental property located in Tampa, FL and currently looking for an experience short sale agent that can assist me with my short sale. I'm currently live in CA and would like to know if anyone can refer me to any experience short sale agent in Tampa area. Greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for your help.
More info. about the loan. Current balance is 170K from lender Fannie Mac and the servicing provider is Provident Funding and there is only one loan. By doing a short sale, I am aiming to get a contract with the lender so that the different I don't have to repay (Deficiency judgement). Also I understand that I might be paying the IRS tax on the different, unless I can do a insolvent. Is that true?
