We listed this condo for $149,777. Just imagine these units were selling in the high $300's when they were first built!
We sold this unit for ALL CASH for $143,000. The owner offered an incentive to buyers- he paid one year of HOA fees in full at closing for the buyer. HOA fees at the Slade are $850 per month.
There was one loan on this Slade condo. We had a couple of buyers that walked during the short sale proces. Each time they walked the file had to be started all over again with this particular lender. The short sale negotiations took almost four months to complete because of issues with the short sale lender, the situation of the seller and other circumstances that had to be taken care of prior to getting short sale approval.
