Question: I am looking into buying the place I am staying and they want $20,000 for it. I can put $5,000 down ... With my credit score being 519 and my husbands at 490, is there any chance of getting a loan, we expect to be not much longer than a 5-10 year one at most. Cleaning up our credit isn't an option since the amount of the debt owed is more than I could pay, however it is all unsecured debt. I live in FL.
