Success is always inthe details. My experience tells me that nothing is more important when selling a home that to pay attention to the light fixtures. I used to specialize in 'expired listings', and nothing ever had a bigger return for the sellers than changing the dated light fixtures. Most other

I think from all the years I've sold real estate the thing that annoys my buyers and myself the mostare over priced homes, with signs and tags throughout the home. Last week I read in the Atlanta Journal that nationwide 83% of the homes sold were priced at $250K and below, while 50% of the homes sold were priced at $125K and below. The effects of the first time home buyers tax credits effect has been incredible.

First of all, I like to make one thing clear. I've been selling homes on the Internet for over 13 years now. It accounts for over 90% of our business. My specialty is lead conversion...it works really well, and it pays the bills! However, it is amazing that every day or

Question: Do you want to get screwed? Kevin Warmath is your best bet. The most pushy and unreliable realtor you ever see.

Question: I'm sick of internet leads. I want purchase business from realtors. I offer fast closings, low rates, better business bureau, tier-one pricing and underwriting priority, wholesale financing flexibility via dozens of lenders, clean teeth, nice shoes, blah blah blah.
I control state licensing for a new tech marketing product that no realtor has ever used.
In addition to doing my job correctly, I'm offering to foot the bill to real estate agents to pay for this revenue driver in exchange for their mortgages.
Even though I'm to bring tens of thousands in additional revenue to a realtor, I can't get the time of day from a productive realtor, let alone cooperation. They don't even want to hear the offer.
what gives?
