The homes you will find in The Falls of Autry Mill are generally two-story, spacious (3500-8500+ sq. ft) and range from stucco to brick with stone accents.  Lots are typically 1/2 acre to more than 2.75 acres.  Built in the mid to late 1990's, these homes are currently priced from $415000 to more than $1.4 M.  Built by J.D. Brooks and Jim Cowart, The Falls has a very active homeowners association which recently underwent a $1.5 M renovation.  Amenities include a 10 acre lake, two swimming pools, a playground and 12 tennis courts.  The clubhouse also has exercise and weight rooms, and a banquet hall.  The HOA is one of the most active in the Atlanta area and offers residents numerous social activities.  Tennis lessons, dinner clubs, holiday bazaars a softball team and a swim team are but a few of the available activities.

The Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area and The Autry Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center offer nearby recreational opportunities.  The neighborhood is 5 miles from North Point Mall, the largest local retail facility.  Georgia Highway 400 offers a high speed avenue to travel south to Atlanta and it's many sports and cultural activities or to the north where Lake Lanier and the Appalachian Mountains are located.  Two full size hospitals are a short distance away as are numerous restaurants offering casual dining as well as formal dining experiences.  several public and private golf courses  are nearby offering additional recreational pursuits.  You won't be at a loss for recreational activities.
