Question: In the state of Georgia, my house was advertised for public auction for four consecutive weeks just prior to public auction by the law firm handling the public sale for my lender. My house was then removed from further foreclosure proceedings pending a lender review of a short sale offer I recieved. I currently own 3 properties and have a contract on a 4th that I will pay cash for. I have found more properties that I am interested in purchasing. Should I start an LLC to make future purchases. If I start a co. does financing still work the same as itwould if I was buying as an individual. Would this be considered a real estate holding co.?
