Ice Skating at Centennial Olympic Park - Downtown Atlanta Nov 21- Jan 13, 2013
Thom Abbott-Search Midtown Atlanta Intown Atlanta Real Estate (MyMidtownMojo.com Thomas Ramon Realty)

Ice Skating Rink at Centennial Olympic ParkI grew up in Montana. I'm not sure there ever was a Christmas that was not white. If there was, I don't remember it. I learned to take advantage of the white stuff about 6 months before I moved to Texas when I learned to snow ski. (Oh, that's another story...sorry!)

Ice skating was around, but you had to be careful if lakes and ponds were not frozen solid enough. To heck with that, WHO can stand up on those things? Not me!

BUT, if you are from the North, and miss your ice skating...never fear...

The Ice Skating Rink at Centennial Olympic Park

The rink opened November 21st and is open past the holidays up until January 13, 2013. And at $10 for 90 minutes on the ice AND your skate rentals, this could be a great (an less expensive place) to take the kids and the whole family for some holiday fun!

FALCONS vs CARDINALS PRO FOOTBALL
Atlanta on a Sunny Day in November 2012

Game Advertisement

Travel to the game on a beautiful sunny day and enjoy every moment of the trip in both directions. Link here for the CHEAT SHEET about all the game data.

TRANSPORTATION? Park near the event or take MARTA.  Sports Illustrated states, “The team plays downtown at the Georgia Dome, which opened in 1992. The Dome is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The Georgia Dome is a great place to watch a football game. Most seats have great sightlines and are roomy. While all the seats in the lower level give a prime view of the action, the Club level sits you a little higher up and provides access to upscale restaurants and an exclusive sports bar. Take MARTA public transportation and get off at the Dome/Philips Arena stop or the Vine City stop. Vine City is less crowded and can be a shorter walk. If you want to drive, there are private parking lots in the neighborhoods around the Dome. Parking fees run $15 to $30. On-site parking is reserved for VIPs and season-ticket holders. Traffic is very congested around the Dome before games, so take the MARTA if you can.”

While you enjoy the game, know that the FALCONS share their income to make the world a better place.  The list of donations below just barely scratches the surface of all the wonderful initiatives that the Blank Foundation funds from team earnings.

Have a happy day-
Lynn

I finally made it to the pool on the 16th Floor of the W Hotel Downtown Atlanta this past week. Of course, it's usually reserved for hotel guests, but I was attending a special event being held there. It's really awesome.

Just so you know, the second picture I captured by sitting my camera on the glass top table and taking the picture without flash.....pretty cool, eh?

How to find the Best Atlanta Commercial Real Estate for Sale
Jennifer K Giraldi, Atlanta REALTOR® Atlanta Real Estate Expert (Solid Source Realty Atlanta)

Atlanta Commercial Real EstateAtlanta is a very popular location for people to not only visit but also to live in as well. Many individual travelers visit on a yearly basis.  One of the main reasons for this is that there a multitude of different attractions and even guided tours that exist throughout the city. The sheer number of people that arrive is astounding. This is just one of the main reasons why it is smart to search for the best Atlanta commercial real estate for sale. There are many underground festivals and events that are held in the area as well.   Below is a beginners guide on how to look research Atlanta Commercial property for sale.

Best Forms of Atlanta Commercial Real Estate

There are a few different things that need to be kept in mind when you search for Atlanta commercial real estate. The primary one is location. You are going to want to get as much exposure to your business as possible. The more people that are able to see your business the more people will be willing to seek out your services.

Prices on Atlanta Commercial Real Estate

You are going to want to look out for overpriced pieces of property as well.  Obviously things are going to cost more if they are on the main road and thousands of people pass by on a daily basis but don't jump into a property without comparing the rates of a few similar ones. This will help to ensure that you get the best deal when you do take the plunge and decide on your commercial real estate purchase. You may also want to look into buildings that have been recently foreclosed on.  Sometimes the buildings have not really been damaged or mistreated and are worth checking into.

Know all of the Information

It is crucial to ensure that you have all of the information available about the Atlanta commercial real estate that is for sale on the market. You need to make sure that you have adequate space for your business. Keep the number of offices that you're looking for in mind and how large they are going to be. You may also want to look for people who have owned the property beforehand to see how satisfied they were with the property and if there were any complications or problems. If there are other people in the building you could also check in with them to see how their levels of satisfaction rate.

Atlanta Commercial real estate needs to be evaluated completely before it is purchased. A purchase of this magnitude is going to need careful consideration. Take a look into the rates offered on a purchase and pick the best plan that will work for your finances. In some cases it may make more sense to get a shorter term for the mortgage while in others the payments are more manageable if the length of time for the loan stretches out a bit longer. Although some things can be thought of on a large scale keep in mind that two situations are never going to be exactly similar and need to be thought of on their own terms.
