Princeton Lakes Atlanta RentalThe Princeton Lakes Atlanta Rental Market is moving briskly this summer.  Currently there are four listings available for lease, and the listings are in The Park and The Regency neighborhoods and The Estates neighborhood.  The listings in The Park and The Regency neighborhoods are asking $1100 to $1200 per month for three to four bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.  All of the homes are on a slab foundation.

The Princeton Lakes subdivision is divided into five different phases .  Nestled quietly behind the Camp Creek Marketplace at the corner of Camp Creek Parkway and I 285, Princeton Lakes is a terrific location for anyone needing quick access to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.  And with five different phases, each identified by a unique price point, there is an affordable home for any buyer.

Princeton Lakes Subdivision - Five Different Phases

Princeton Lakes in Camp Creek had five closed transactions in May 2012.  The properties that closed in May were all located in the Regency block of the subdivision.  Purchase prices ranged from a low of $69,998 to a high of $90,000 with an average sales price of $83,299.  Three of homes were forelcosures, and the other two homes were short sales.
