Interested in Atlanta luxury homes?  You better do some homework! There is a lot of hype over falling Atlanta real estate prices these days and a lot of it is just that "Hype!"  Nothing is dropping in price in real terms.  When money was difficult to borrow for upper end homes prices stood at just below a million dollars.  When credit was loose and there was a plethora of no money down loans and home prices went much higher. It inflated the price of homes that should have been priced in the 500K range to lets say 800K.  In several Atlanta country club communities in 2004 there were loads of homes sitting on the market for 599K that sellers could not give away, when 100% financing came in the pricing of these same homes went to 799K and 800K.  Easy credit drove the prices up, but the val...
