My experience with the members of the Home Owners Association has been very positive as well. I had a listing that sold in Woodland Forest at 7590 Auden Trail, FMLS # 3740897. The community has a web site and they have been very responsive to advertise this home for sale on their web site. What great people!

It appears that this community, of just 58 homes, really has a good old fashioned neighborhood feeling. I invite you to take a look at a neighborhood that has it all. Great schools, Great location, and Great neighbors!

Most of the lots in this community are over 1/3 of an acre +. Such a mature community, shady and rich in nature. Tennis and Pool to boot. I have added pictures of the community to give you a Journey through this wonderful neighborhood in the North Atlanta area of Georgia.
