 master planned community in Woodstock, GA, mostly because it is tucked away off Towne Lake Parkway near Bells Ferry Road. The location of Rose Creek at Towne Lake is often a benefit as you are much closer to Hobgood Park, Lake Allatoona, and you have an alternate route when using Bells Ferry Road.

Home prices in the Rose Creek at Towne Lake neighborhood range from the $90's to the high $100's. Traditional styled homes with mostly three and four bedrooms line the streets. The neighborhood has swim and tennis facilities as well.

It is a very affordable way to enjoy all of the area benefits that the Towne Lake area has to offer.
