A realtor mentioned that they thought construction had halted at the Disney Resort in Ko Olina. Well as I have observed with my own eyes, (see below photo) and the news article, I don't believe that this is the case.

Saturday February 28th marked the last day existing owners were able to complete their reservations and have their priority on the owners list. As such, it was absolutely wild around the sales office! At 4:30 pm on Saturday when I left with my clients I believe there were 10 people

Well the obvious answer is that the economy is down, no one is spending money and that unfortunately for Centex their build/sell cycle was about one - two years too late.
