The Beach Tower is the building closest to the beach and the Ocean Tower is the building toward the back of the property with the views of the grounds and the ocean. I am very familiar with each of these properties and as a resident of Ko Olina, can assist you with other information about the area also.

In a recent development, due to a dispute between the Home Owners Association and the owner of the Commercial Apartment where the Fitness Center is located, the fitness center is currently  unavailable until a meeting of the minds can be reached.  I do hope that will be remedied, but at this point the sides are far apart, and I doubt that it will be worked out in the near future. Unless you were planning on being able to use exercise machines while you are out here, I doubt you would notice the difference, but it is something that was available and currently is not so I wanted to make you aware of that and if there is a change I will update the website.

One of the many features that the Beach Villas at Ko Olina present for both owners and their guests, is the great selection of floor plans, views and choices that are available. The following unit is a wonderful option for a larger party of travelers as it boasts a full three bedrooms and has sleeping arrangements for up to 8. Beach Tower 1205  Floor Plan . From the living room, dining room and kitchen you'll enjoy vistas of Ko Olina and the Leeward coast of Oahu. Mountains and the Ko Olina Golf Course are the views from the bedroom windows, unless you're in the master bedroom suite which has the same views, but a private lanai to enjoy them from also. 

Step into the Living room and sense the openness of the living area. Granite counters flowing to vistas on the lanai to relaxation in the living room or a conversation around the dining table. 

    


 

The three fully fitted bedrooms are each luxurious in their own way. Two of the Bedrooms have a King Sized bed and the 3 rd bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a King bed also upon request. Full sized flat screened televisions are in each of the rooms and each room comes with a view : ) . 
  

Don't forget, you're staying at the Beach Villas which entitles you to the full use of the pools and fitness center.

         

The Beach Villas are located directly on the second lagoon at Ko Olina and you can enjoy the ocean from within the resort or countless places along the 1 1/2 mile beach walk that will take you along the 4 separate lagoons with plenty of places to stop for refreshments along the way. 

           

Its a great place to vacation and close enough to Honolulu, Waikik and the rest of Oahu to explore them as much as you want. It's just so nice to be settled in for the day and to enjoy the scenery as daylight loses to another evening.  

     

The sordid details are as follows. The nightly rate is between $425 and $475 per night ( $2,975 to $3,325 / week ) plus additional fees. There is a seven night minimum stay and the prices including taxes, parking, cleaning fees, WiFi and Cable TV. $3,695 to $4,095 for the 7 nights.  A $1,000 deposit is required to secure a reservation and full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

November 6th, 2010 update! 

Book our last available nights in 2010 at $1,995 /week  plus taxes and cleaning, based on a minimum 7 night stay. Price includes WiFi, telephone and parking! Our last 2010 dates are December 4th through December 15th. That is up to 11 days and if you can use the extra days beyond 7, you can add them for $150 / night. The first 7 nights with cleaning and taxes will be $2,550. At an extra $150/night, that makes 8 nights only $2,700, 9 nights $2,850, etc. 

For 2011 we are using the following rates and still have some great weeks available:
