Oceanfront residential houses market update - Kihei Maui HawaiiWhat's been selling in the oceanfront residential real estate market in the past year?  Looking back 12 months in our MLS, here's what I find...Sold in Kihei, oceanfront: 3016 S. Kihei Rd. sold for $8,000,000 on 8/15/16.  Originally listed for $12,000,000 the previous October, once the price came down to around $9,000,000 a serious cash buyer made his move. Just a simple 2BD/1.5BA 976 sf home on a big half acre lot right on Keawakapu Beach.  Great development potential! 1520 Halama St. sold for $3,600,000 on 4/29/16.  Originally listed for $4,190,000 this 1980's residence didn't come down so far in price.  A large 4BD/3.5BA home and a detached beach cottage on a lot of .4 acres with a sandy beach out front.  What will happen... 09/25/2016

Maui Kamaole is a very popular vacation destination on Maui, with condo units housed in 13 different buildings spread out over 23 acres in South Kihei, right across from the Kihei Boat Ramp. If you're looking for a sweet fruit pie, a rich creamy pie, or maybe even a chicken pot pie.... there's Maui Pies in Central Kihei.  You'll find them at 1280 S. Kihei Rd. in the front row of shops at Azeka Place, (where Baskin Robbins used to be).  Call them at 808 298-0473. Kamaole Sands Vacation Condos - Kihei Maui HI - market updateAt this time of year people flock to the sunny shores of Kihei Maui to stay in vacation condos by the beaches.  One of the more popular spots is the Kamaole Sands development which consists of 10 buildings on 15 acres, just across the street from the ocean and a beach park. Urgent Care Maui in Kihei - medical attention 7 days a weekWhen you're on vacation on Maui and you get hurt... who you gonna call?  Try Urgent Care Maui at 808 879-7781.  They're open 7 days a week, including holidays, because injuries don't take a day off.We recently had a Canadian visitor who injured himself with some serious road rash that needed stitches.  We were able to call and make an appointment ASAP and they were very helpful over the phone.  Once we got to the clinic, they helped him immediately and explained about how his travel insurance worked.  The doctor saw him right away, cleaned the would and sewed it up, and provided ointment and antibiotics on the spot... no waiting around at a pharmacy.The receptionist was very friendly and with the swipe of a credit card she was a... 09/29/2015
