Real Estate Q. I need to sell my timeshare. Realtors around here won't/can't mess with it. The only useful info I've been able to find is advice on avoiding the online timeshare scams. Everyone gives this advice but no one can tell me where to get it done. If trustworthy people are on the net they are completely buried by all the scammers.
I'm strapped cash-wise with a pending surgery. Help!

Real Estate Q. I looking to buy a house in bondurant. I am trying to find out information regarding USDA RDL, but I seem to keep getting passed around. I don't want to contact a real estate agent, because I was thinking of buying in a year (just renewed my lease). Should I talk to agent instead of bank to get more information or where should I start?
Real Estate Q. We used the same realtor as a selling and buying agent. She wasn't available during the buying process (after pushing us to buy sooner and offer more than we ended up settling on) and we never felt like she had our interest in mind over showing other homes offered by their office
We sold our home and now she is passing us off to another agent we don't know for our closes. Is this a poor standard of care. We feel that there has been no continuity through buying/selling and we have been passed off.
Would this be grounds to recoup some of the commission fee?
Real Estate Q. My brother and I are selling our deceased mothers home. There has been an offer that my brother wants to accept; however, I feel it is too low. Is the real estate agent required to tell me the name of the potential buyer if I ask?
Real Estate Q. We are selling our house and have agreed on a price with a buyer. Myself and buyer are both represented by a realtor (both from same company, one being the owner). This buyer was prequalified and the financing process is taking place. The buyer is having inspections done and so far have been told that she has been told there are some minor issues. The house was built in 1979. Is it common for the seller to have to correct any and all issues highlighted by inspectors.
