Shiloh Creek Estates is a community with a perfect blend of new and established custom homes on lots of 1/2 acre and larger. Located just west of the Hendricks County line, off of 1050E, north of Rockville Road.

The established homes were built between 1981-1996 and range in size from 1309 square foot to almost 3800 square foot. The homes range in price from the high 100's to the low 200's. Newly built custom home prices are different and depend on lot and upgrades.

The new and newer homes in this community are being built by JR Lazaro Builders. JR Lazaro also built some of the first homes in this community.

There are several lots available here to build your custom Lazaro home on. Most are wooded and all are large. Lazaro has several different floorplans to choose from or will build from your plans.
