Brownsburg, along with the rest of Hendricks County, experienced an upswing in buyer activity with20% of the listing inventory pending.
After a rough Spring start, buyer's have returned to the marketplace. Although not in huge numbers, the increase in activity hasresulted in sales.

Tuesday, May 8th was primary election day for the Town of Brownsburg's Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer, and Town Judge. Only 2 of the elections were contested - those for the Town Council Ward 2 seat and the Town Council Ward 4 seat.
