So what does this tell us about the Aboite Lake Estates Subdivision?  Well...  it tells us that there aren't a TON of homes selling in the subdivision.  The average days on market for 2010 and 2012 were terrible at 213 and 141.  On average homes are selling for 97% of list price over the past 3 years.  That's really good news.  Overall I think the subdivision isn't the hottest area, but it's still a good subdivision.
