Home Values in Nall Hills Overland Park KS for May 2013 Wondering what the home values are for some of Overland Park's most popular neighborhoods such as Nall Hills? Nall Hills Overland Park KS Home Prices The home values in Nall Hills Overland Park KS for May 2013  show 3 single family home sales, however, I expect the number of sales for the area to increase as long as inventory increases.  The average sales price for May 2013 is shown per the MLS as being $180667. While there are still some great deals on homes in Overland Park KS, home prices are increasing.  Many of our listings as well as the overall home market inventory are starting to sell as soon as they hit the market and many with multiple offers.  Having a good real estate agent that is a hyperlocal agent for the area that you are interested in, is a must.  To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the Overland Park home on which you are making an offer.
