In Louisville, KY, there is a condo development in Jeffersontown, or J'Town, that is brand new and is located on just off of Six Mile Lane. Even in the middle of a down market, one of the worst that J'Town has seen, this development at Magnolia Place, has continued to generate

There's new construction in the J'Town neighborhood of the Louisville real estate market. That came as a bit of a surprise to me. I've been aware of new homes popping up occassionally, but yesterday I drove by a new development of entry level priced condos right off of Six Mile Lane.
