I pass Mandeville City Hall almost daily. They have an electronic message board with important messages or upcoming events posted. This weeksign showed Oktoberfest- Mandeville Trailhead. I have come to expect a stackful of homework for me on the first day of school. Emergency contact cards, letters from the teachers, PTA forms etc. Then came the check writing.
