 Question: I am part owner of a house with 3 other people in central Louisiana. My aunt (who is part owner) wants to purchase the house from the rest of the owners at ¼ of the appraised cost. I am the only one who is refusing to sell it to her at that price. Consequently, they are all upset with me. Now is time to pay taxes for the house and they are all refusing to pay their share of taxes. What rights, if any, do I have? I don’t want to pay their share.
