Not to be outdone, Beacon Hill is not too far behind it's neighbor when it comes to price appreciation over the past 6 years. For one bedroom condos, the average selling price in the period of Jan 1, 2007 - March 1, 2007 was $419K with a price per square foot of $672. In the same period in 2013, the average selling price jumped 38% to $581K with a $731 price per square foot. Looking at two bedrooms, the average sale price jumped from $721K in the Jan 1 - March 1, 2007 period to $939K in 2013, an increase of 30% with an average price per square foot of $753 in 2013 (all data provided by MLSPIN).
