Question: Does anyone know what a "2/3 Family" home means? I'm looking to buy a condo and see many of these listed in Boston, MA. Is it just another term for Multifamily? Do I live in 1/3 of the house? Who owns the property and maintanence? Is this better or worse than a standard condo/townhouse?
