No?
Then...if they haven't defaulted yet, are they about to?

I'll preface this post by saying that I always advise my buyers to hire a home inspector and have a thorough inspection done on the property they've decided to purchase. Additionally, I always add,
"I wouldn't buy a house without getting an inspection done!".
Then, Igive my buyers the contact info.

Question: Are there any Realtor short sale specialists in Bel Air? Thank you!
|
|
? |
Question: Can a buyer of a short sale property be liable to pay liens after the lender has accepted the offer and can the buyer get out of the contract if there are additional charges/liens they did not know about?
How soon can a buyer get all information from a title company about what is owed on a short sale property?
Is there anyway to get a short sale property if it is currently listed but going to auction on Dec. 16?
Thank you
