There are now five homes under contract in the Highlands at Clarksburg neighborhood.  The list prices start at $426,900 for a five-bedroom, four-bath detached home on Frederick Road, up to $525,000 for a four-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home on Commodore Lane.  These homes are pending settlement and the actual selling prices have not yet been announced. As of today, there are eleven homes that are under contract in Clarksburg Town Center.  They range in price from a detached five-bedroom home on Grapevine Ridge that was offered for $600,000 to a three-bedroom condo on Catawba Hill Drive that was listed for $249,000.
