Old Rosedale Gardens Livonia Michigan Parks and Recreation

  Starting with the first picture down below you will see the sign for Rudy Kleinert Park.  Kleinert park is pretty much a couple of ball fields and some open space.  The park is located in Old Rosedale Gardens basically at Orangelawn and Hubbard Rd.  Next up is Mies Park which is located at Hubbard and West Chicago in southern Livonia Michigan.  This park is right next to Grant Elementary school and offers a lot of space, playground equipment, paved walking trail and even some pavilion space.  I have to say when I took some pictures at Mies Park I noticed a lot of activity with walkers and people enjoying the day.  The 3rd picture is of Devon-Aire park which is about 1/2 mile away from Rosedale Gardens located at Milburn and Robert St.  Devon-Aire offers a lot of space, playground equipment and pavilion just like Mies Park.

   The picture you see here is of the Livonia Michigan Recreation Center which is located at 5 Mile and Hubbard Rd.  The Livonia Recreation Center is about 5-10 minutes away from Old Rosedale Gardens and offers exercise equipment, two swimming pools, basketball courts, rock climbing wall, sauna, water slide and much more.  Many of the local residents really love spending time at the rec center. 

Last but not least let's talk about Sheldon Park.  Sheldon Park is located at Woodring and Van Ct just about at the corner of Farmington and Plymouth Rd towards the very west end of Rosedale Gardens.  Sheldon has open spaces, ball fields, pavilion, playground equipment and even a pool!  We have seen many little league sports games played here and thought we would put an interactive map below so you can take a look with us.
