Question: Hi. I am looking for some help and suggestions. My daughter put an offer in on a short sale. The sellers had to sign off and then it would be submitted to the lender - Chase-Fedelity Conversion (whatever that means). After 10 days, the seller signed off but only one spouse the realtor didn't have the other spouse sign and I inquired that it was meaningless without both. The listing agent today said it was submitted to the lender for approval and would be 8-10 days. Knowing the nightmare with short sales is there anything I can do or my lender? My daughter offered full price plus 3% seller closing costs. Thank you for any and all answers. I appreciate it.
