The city of Elk River is sending out a citywide challenge of showing our love and goodwill to fellow citizens this month! What a better way to show our friendly spirit as well as lending a helping hand this beautiful February.

Starting this month (January 2010) the city of Elk River has put a new requirementin place for single family rentals to be inspected and licensed. If you've been renting a home for awhile or a new investor to the area, you are included in this requirement.
