Question: I need a sample letter asking buyer to remove a contingency to sell their home before buying mine. I have a second offer with no contingency. If the 1st party decides to buy the house within the 48 hour period can I ask the first buyer to pay what the 2nd buyer offered since it is $6000 more.

Current levels of inventory steadily declining for the year of 2008. Although it seems like a tougher market homes are still selling. The lending industry has tightened up but buyers are still there.

I have looked back over all my old real estate files and in almost 5 years of real estate I have had two homes that I lost to other agents after I had them in contract to sell. Both ofhomes went to decent agents in the area,and neither home sold. Hmmm...
