Question: We went through a realator and bought a house that was listed as residental. In the public remarks it states ("Possible conversion to commercial/per seller")
We got a residental loan on the house at closing. Believing that it is residental now that we are tring to refinance with a local bank we are informed that are property is commerical and never has been residental, according to planning and zoning.
We have done alot of residental improvements to the house but they are of no value cause of it being zoned commerical. Who is at fault for this? What can we do?

In a typical market, it's always easy to predict home-buying patterns in and around the Lake of the Ozarks and to advise homeowners accordingly.
Typically, at the first sign of spring, inventories will begin to swell in anticipation
