Residents of Ravenwood South have the option of enjoying the community's amenities, including a swimming pool and children's play area, at a cost of $100 per year.  Children of Ravenwood South attend Disney Elementary School, Cherokee Middle School and Kickapoo High School.

There are currently several homes for sale in Ravenwood South, with prices ranging from $329,900 to $849,900.  In the past year, there has been one home that sold for less than $200,000, but the average sales price is typically around $350,000 for a 4,500 square foot home, making the average price per square foot around $78 psf.
