I suppose this is true in most industries.
There is a pulse. It is either in activity or inactivity, and the first ones to feel it, are on the ground level.
The phones stop ringing (or start ringing).
A small shuffle starts taking place (or not).
The Internet requests are up,

Question: I have put a down payment on a 2-bedroom condo within a new high-rise building. The building is just about complete, noone has yet moved in. With the current housing crisis the developer is now contemplating converting the new building to apartments or maybe even have a mix of apartments and condos in the same building. Ou of 400 units they have only presold 70, hence their comtemplating the change.
If they do the latter, is it a good investment for me to continue to move forward with my condo purchase if there are also apartment units in the same building? I think longterm the developer ideally wants the buiding to be all condos.
I am doing this more to take advantage of the low interest rates as I am currently rening an apartment, vs. looking for a solid investment. but don't want to hurt my investment.
Can you point me to any website or professional for additional questions? Are there key questions I should ask the developer before finalizing the deal?
I have provided my email below but would prefer not to receive marketing/junk mail.
Thank you!
