Question: I have a client/friend who has a house in Henderson NC that he would like to sell. He is looking for someone who has some type of specialization in that area and is going to really market and sell this property. The house is on 6 acres and has about 1700 squarefeet and was built in 2004. There are not many agents listed in Vance County so I figured that there may be agents here who also specialize in that area. If you bring something special to the table when listing properties please contact me. I will be happy to refer him to someone I think will take care of him the way I would take care of him.
