Country Club Properties LLC organized by
Carlton Taylor on December 10, was top bidder at $3.087 million
after a foreclosure auction of Brook Valley Country Club. The
bidding was officially closed January 11, 2008.
Taylor plans to discuss the future of the

and members for their input. He plans to create a
