How does one become a Freddie Mac or a Fannie Mae listing agent?  Any Suggestions?

I have been going through websites and signing up to do BPO and REO. It seems like I may get one a week. But I need to list properties in the area that are being sold by Freddie or Fannie.

I do not know where to get in touch with them to sign up.  I know that many successful agents have been able to connect in with a Bank or Lender and I just want to know how to do it also.

Do you know? and if you do...will you please point me in the right direction?

All help needed to begin this process.

ALWAYS READ THE LABELS ON THE FOODS YOU BUY--NO MATTER WHAT THE 
FRONT OF THE BOX OR PACKAGE SAYS, TURN IT OVER AND READ THE 
BACK---CAREFULLY!

 With all the food and pet products now coming from China , it is 
best to make sure you read labels at the grocery store and 
especially Walmart when buying food products.
 Many products no longer show where they were made, only give where 
the distributor is located. It is important to read the bar code to 
track it's origin.

 This will be useful to know when grocery shopping.

 GREAT WAY TO BUY USA & CANADA AND NOT FROM CHINA!!

          
The whole world is afraid of China-made "Black-hearted goods".

 Can you differentiate which one is made in Taiwan or China?

 If the first 3 digits of the barcode are 690, 691  or 692, the 
product is MADE IN  CHINA.   471 is Made in  Taiwan.
   
This is our right to know, but the government and related 
departments never educate the public; therefore, we have to RESCUE 
ourselves.

 Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know that consumers do not prefer 
products "Made in China", so they don't show from which country it is made.

However, you may now refer to the barcode.  Remember, if the first 
3 digits are:

690-692 . .. . Then it is MADE IN CHINA

 00 - 09 . .. . USA or CANADA

 30 - 37 . .. . FRANCE
 40 - 44 . .. . GERMANY
 471 . . . Taiwan
 49 . .. . JAPAN
 50 . .. . UK

 BUY USA & CANADIAN MADE by watching for "0" at the beginning of the number.
 
We need every boost we can get for our economy, as well as 
possibly not getting some things we don't want to get from  foreigners!
 

Celebrating Christmas in our house (edit/delete)

Today, after we got home from Church...we ate a fine dinner of roast beef, rice and gravy, corn, string beans, sweet potatoes, stewed apples, homemade blueberry cobbler and sweet ice tea\.

After eating, the grandchildren, Jonah, Joshua and Marissa...put the decorations on the tree. (We did the lights last night)...Each child picked out their favorite ornaments and carefully placed them on the tree.

Today we had rain again.  Luckily we planted our seeds this past weekend and then the rain came. We had laid the garden out for the butter beans, sweet potatoes, squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers.   Then as an added bonus, Jimmy put in giant sunflowers to brighten the garden.

We will  enjoy fresh cucumbers and tomatoes for the 4th of July.
