Question: Where or how can you get training to get involved part-time in real estate? I have a full time job but work out of my home office and that lends itself to a part time in real estate. I know the market is on the downside but starting in now may lend to brighter times later. Please respond with some ideas on how to start.

Last night after dinner I took Monika out to go look at a house on Emerson Avenue that was all decked out for Halloween. These people decorate their house for Christmas too and it is magical.
