Question: I am trying to sell my in-law's condo in AC, its in excellent condition, we reduced the price but most buyers dislike the condo fees of $540+ (it includes all utilities except electricity) as we are told by our agent. Any way to get around this & attract the buyers so that we can sell the condo soon?
