Question: Ah, Cherry Hill brings back memories, I used to work at the Cherry Hill Mall after school, used to ice skate on Strawbridge Lake and practically lived at the Moorestown Library. Graduated from Moorestown High quite some years ago. Thanks for bringing back good memories.

FYI -- There is still money to lend. Stop listening to the media and to some lenders. Yes, it's tough to get a conventional loan if your credit scores are below 700 and putting 10% or less down. But getting a FHA Loan is not as hard as percieved. FHA
