Question: We sent the counter offer (through realtor), but the investor declined our offer, their reason is,. that the counter offer was not sent in a timely manner.
We requested our realtor to re-establish the bid since they(realtor) never gave us the time limit (we contacted the realtor for the counter offer less then 40 hrs) but they refused, their reason is, the file was closed and our counter offer was declined.They said: just tell them if we want to cancel the offer and they will put the price that the investor agreed and the house will sell very fast
Pls tell me what I have to do ?
