The media keeps telling us how bad the real estate market has turned and they couldn't be more wrong.  When do you buy? When the prices are low which is right now. It is a buyers market! The buyer has all the leverage power right now. Why should home buyers wait till the market is on the upswing with prices increasing. That's crazy! The best places to buy are the states who are the former "hot market" areas: Arizona, Nevada, Florida etc. They have the bargains waiting for you to pick from. The inventory is high and prices low. What more could you ask for? If you have the desire and good credit go find what you've always dreamed of right now. 08/04/2007
